About Cool Couture Vintage

This collection celebrates the best of the powerhouse that is the designer logo. Ultra cool and ultra couture. Since the 1970s through the heyday of the 1990s, designer couture houses such as Chanel, Dior, Versace, Givenchy, Fendi to name but a few, have pioneered breath-taking jewellery, handbags and designer ensembles, all heavily logo centric. Luxurious emblazoning of the logo promotes the creator of the jewel unashamedly and presents the customer their opportunity to leave in no doubt the provenance of their attire and jewels. No surprise then that logo collections continue to feature majorly in the world of style and fashion.

Jennifer Gibson Jewellery Cool Couture Vintage

The timeless quintessential Chanel CC Logo. The intertwining C’s, undoubtedly the most recognised logo in the world. From Coco Chanel to Karl Lagerfeld experience our one of a kind vintage finds.

The earlier vintage logo jewels were exceptionally well made and are in constant high demand as they allow the wearer to carry the logo style in both a stylish and unique way. The thirst for the quintessential logo never seems to falter. Indeed the Chanel SS19 Collection scaled bold new heights with extreme interpretations of logomania which left most of us Chanel fans reeling.

Who would have thought some 30 years on we might be still wildly celebrating logomania? The critics calling the use of a logo a fad long since silenced. Here in our look book you will find some of our favourite vintage logomania jewels and you can also shop the look in our current collection.
