Our Online Delivery & Returns Policy

Once you have placed your order, your jewellery will be carefully prepared and packaged ready for dispatch. During the processing of your order your jewellery will be boxed and packaged to the best of our ability to minimise risk of damage during delivery. Your order will include our care card providing advice to help you maintain the condition of your jewellery. Should you require a personal message with your order please contact us immediately upon placing your order and we will be pleased to arrange this for you. See our gifting page for more details. 

Your order

An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you detailing the item/s you have ordered. We will then process your order.

If for any reason and in the rare event we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you by email within 24 hours of you placing the order. Where appropriate we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or indeed arrange for a full refund where payment has been authorised and cleared.

When placing an order the information you provide in the order process must be true and accurate.

Legal ownership of item/s is retained by us until full payment has been made and cleared. Similarly, legal ownership is regained if a refund is given for the item.

FREE UK Delivery For All Orders 

All Delivery within the UK is free to you, with our compliments.

If you would like a gift sending direct to the recipient please ensure the recipient’s address has been provided in the delivery address details during check out. email us immediately after placing your order with any additional requirements for your gift.

We aim to package and dispatch your order within 48 hours from cleared payment upon which you will receive tracking details and despatch confirmation.

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service – a next business day service (for Monday to Friday delivery) or DHL Express also a next business day service. Saturday delivery is by arrangement. Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you require this service. 

When using DHL Express we also pay for DHL’s GOGREEN Carbon Neutral service. This delivery service includes an additional fee which goes towards verified and high quality climate protection projects which help to capture carbon, thus neutralising your shipment. Current climate protection projects include; reforestation in Uganda, ceramic water purification in Cambodia and wind power construction in Nicaragua and China – all verified to benefit the local population and environment. Click to find out more about this service  

UK delivery services require a signature upon receipt.

Subsidised Express Delivery of All International Orders

We very much appreciate our global customers and strive to deliver the best service possible despite the miles. We are pleased to offer Express International Delivery at a subsidised rate of £15 with our compliments. We deliver regularly across the world including Europe, the Middle East, the USA, Asia and Australia. Orders will be dispatched via DHL EXPRESS or the UK’s Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Service or alternative carrier, dependent on the country and service required. 

If your order is a gift and you would like this sent direct to the recipient please ensure the recipient’s address has been provided in the delivery address details during check out. email us with any additional gifting requirements immediately upon placing the order.

Local import taxes or duties on your parcel or delays due to border processes are the sole responsibility of the customer and in no part and under no circumstances are the responsibility of Jennifer Gibson Jewellery. Please familiarise yourself with your countries importation law prior to placing an order.

Online Order Returns 

We hope you are pleased with your purchase from our website. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

To initiate your return, notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery of your order indicating the order details and reason for return.

We will reply within 24 hours of receipt of your email explaining how to return your item to us.

The return must be received by us within 14 calendar days from date of delivery. If you do not contact us in advance about the return and/or 14 days have elapsed from receipt to return, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including our security tags and the original packaging must be undamaged.

Post your item to our return address provided.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.

International returns need to be clearly marked ‘Returned Goods. Country of Origin UK ‘ on the package and we advise you seek advice from the postal service to ensure the returning goods are not subjected to import fees on entry to the UK. Failure to do so will likely incur import charges which you remain liable for and which will be deducted from your refunded balance, upon receipt.

You should consider using a tracked postal service such as the one used for delivery, or purchasing insurance to cover the value of your purchase, in case of loss or damage during the return delivery to us. We are in no way responsible for loss or damage of items that you dispatch for return.

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 days of receipt of the returned item/s.

If approved, then your refund will be processed via the payment method you used to check out and a credit will automatically be applied according to that payment providers terms to your original method of payment. Refunds once processed typically take a few days depending on the Payment Gateway you chose at check out. Once we have initiated the refund this transaction process is managed entirely by the Payment Gateway as a third party and we are unable to intervene.

We do not refund delivery charges.  

We do not offer return, refunds nor exchanges for items purchased instore or online through our stockists. Please contact your original retailer for details. 

We do not offer returns, refunds nor exchanges for items when purchased from us in person i.e. at an event or show.
