A most beautiful example of a now exceedingly rare and coveted Vintage KTF Trifari Bracelet in glorious original Art Deco design, circa 1930. Trifari are undoubtedly America’s most prolific costume jewellery maker. Creating jewellery since the early 1900s. When the founder Gustavo Trifari partnered with two others, Krussman and Fishel, in 1925 they formed ‘Trifari, Krussman and Fishel’. Jewellery created during the early years of the company was marked ‘KTF’ with a tall T. The jewellery was stamped KTF for just a few years until around 1932 when the company moved to the simpler brand name Trifari. These were the most formative and most important years for Trifari. In 1930 Alfred Philippe joined as Head Designer – a landmark moment for Trifari jewellery. Prior to Trifari, Alfred Philippe designed fine jewellery in Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels. Philippe’s designs at Trifari during this era included exquisite art deco jewellery cleverly mimicking the platinum and diamond fine jewellery; such as this. Philippe went on to produce the now iconic pieces of Trifari Tutti Frutti jewellery and the legendary Trifari Jelly Bellys with their Lucite tummies. Trifari’s best pieces and particularly these early pieces, attract global collectors and acclaim owing to their design kudos and beauty. This example beautifully emulates an Art Deco emerald and diamond plaque and link bracelet. The epitome of style during the Art Deco era. The contrasting and geometric style utterly timeless. The bracelet is crafted in rhodium plated metal and shows no sign of tarnish after 90 years, such was the quality of the materials. The metal is pave set with clear paste glass chaton cut stones and punctuated with large claw set emerald cut green crystal stones. The condition of this piece is exceptional with the rhodium plate fully in tact and the stones sparkle like the day they were made. Signed KTF and also with the stone setters number. 17.5cms. A truly exceptional piece of KTF Art Deco jewellery that is becoming so very hard to track down. An exquisite and timeless piece to add to your collection.

You’re welcome to return your order within 14 days. We’ll refund the full amount paid, including any duties and taxes we covered. Return shipping is at your cost.
To avoid fees on re-entry to the UK, please clearly mark your parcel and invoice as:

If not correctly marked and we are charged import duties, these will be deducted from your refund.

Preparing Your Order

Vintage costume jewellery is delicate and requires special care and attention.
To preserve its continued beauty and condition, it is important to keep your item boxed and protected from other jewellery when not being worn and away from liquids including perfume and hairspray. Items are typically most suited to occasional rather than constant wear.
Your order will include our care card suggesting ways to maintain the condition of your jewellery.
We cannot be held liable for any damages incurred after the receipt of products.
Additional Care Tips:
Avoid contact with liquids or humidity including sprays such as water, perfume or hairspray and creams. Exposing jewellery to wet or damp could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discolouration and/or loss of stones. Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming etc.
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Add your jewellery last when dressing and remove before undressing. Avoid sleeping in your jewellery.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. dropping or knocking against objects) that can cause scratches or chips.
