A Vintage Crown Trifari sterling brooch designed by Alfred Philippe in the early 1940s. Featuring a large and weighty solid silver swirl design mounted with claw set pastes each emitting a beautiful sparkle. Very much a platinum and diamonds look inspired by Hollywood’s silver screen and the celebrity scene at the time – glorious timeless design.
Trifari are undoubtedly America’s most prolific costume jewellery maker. Creating jewellery since the early 1900s. When the founder Gustavo Trifari partnered with two others, Krussman and Fishel, in 1925 they formed ”Trifari, Krussman and Fishel”. In 1930 Alfred Philippe joined as Head Designer; a landmark moment for Trifari designs. Prior to Trifari, Alfred Philippe designed jewellery in Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels. Trifari’s best pieces now attract the attention of collectors and savvy style hunters alike. Trifari’s works of wearable art are forever a statement of style and class.

14 Day Returns
You’re welcome to return your order within 14 days. We’ll refund the full amount paid, including any duties and taxes we covered. Return shipping is at your cost.
To avoid fees on re-entry to the UK, please clearly mark your parcel and invoice as:
“Returned UK Goods – No Commercial Value”
If not correctly marked and we are charged import duties, these will be deducted from your refund.

Preparing Your Order
Once placed, you order will be processed and jewellery carefully packaged. Despatch will take place within 1-2 business days. You will be notified of your shipment tracking details.

Vintage costume jewellery is delicate and requires special care and attention.
To preserve its continued beauty and condition, it is important to keep your item boxed and protected from other jewellery when not being worn and away from liquids including perfume and hairspray. Items are typically most suited to occasional rather than constant wear.
Your order will include our care card suggesting ways to maintain the condition of your jewellery.
We cannot be held liable for any damages incurred after the receipt of products.
Additional Care Tips:
Avoid contact with liquids or humidity including sprays such as water, perfume or hairspray and creams. Exposing jewellery to wet or damp could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discolouration and/or loss of stones. Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming etc.
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Add your jewellery last when dressing and remove before undressing. Avoid sleeping in your jewellery.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. dropping or knocking against objects) that can cause scratches or chips.
