A truly exceptional vintage Christian Dior full parure or suite that includes a rare full collar style necklace accompanied by matching brooch and clip on earrings and dating to 1964. Designed and created for the House of Christian Dior by Henkel & Grosse during the remarkable 30 year tenure of Marc Bohan as Head Designer at the House. This suite is a complete treasure and totally rare find. As is well documented for Christian Dior jewellery, the craftsmanship and quality of materials is outstanding. This Christian Dior parure features a striking combination of stones including vibrant large oval cabochon red and green art glass stones intended to mirror semi precious stones, surrounded by intense red Swarovski crystals amidst luxurious gold plated rope twist settings. The attention to detail always exceeds expectations with Dior jewellery. Dwell on the sixteen individual ovals for a moment and you realise the side of the ovals closest to the neck is set with fractionally smaller red Swarovski crystals; allowing the necklace to sit well on the neck whilst the larger stones on the outside edge maximise impact. The details in the jewellery as important as the detail in the clothing. A hallmark of Christian Dior’s legacy. Such an incredibly elegant collar design perfectly enhanced with the complimentary brooch and earrings. The style of this parure displays a serious influence from the mid to late 1950s designs when the eponymous founder Christian Dior was at the helm. You can easily imagine this original three piece Dior parure gracing the models walking in the shows during the mid 1950s. This vintage Dior Parure is signed on each piece with the familiar Dior cartouche for this period and dated 1964. Brought to you in very good vintage condition without damage or repair. The necklace measures 38cm long, the brooch 5cm and the clip on earrings 2.5cm. A rare and soughtafter Vintage Dior Parure that is both wearable and a stunning piece of Dior heritage. A real gem!

You’re welcome to return your order within 14 days. We’ll refund the full amount paid, including any duties and taxes we covered. Return shipping is at your cost.
To avoid fees on re-entry to the UK, please clearly mark your parcel and invoice as:

If not correctly marked and we are charged import duties, these will be deducted from your refund.

Preparing Your Order

Vintage costume jewellery is delicate and requires special care and attention.
To preserve its continued beauty and condition, it is important to keep your item boxed and protected from other jewellery when not being worn and away from liquids including perfume and hairspray. Items are typically most suited to occasional rather than constant wear.
Your order will include our care card suggesting ways to maintain the condition of your jewellery.
We cannot be held liable for any damages incurred after the receipt of products.
Additional Care Tips:
Avoid contact with liquids or humidity including sprays such as water, perfume or hairspray and creams. Exposing jewellery to wet or damp could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discolouration and/or loss of stones. Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming etc.
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Add your jewellery last when dressing and remove before undressing. Avoid sleeping in your jewellery.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. dropping or knocking against objects) that can cause scratches or chips.
