Glorious Vintage Dior Emerald Earrings from 1968. Designed during the remarkable 30 year tenure of Marc Bohan as Artistic Director for the House of Dior. As is well documented for Dior jewellery, the craftsmanship and quality of materials is exceptional. Featuring chromium plated silver-tone base metal, set with layers of high quality faceted crystals including the spectacular faux flawed emerald cabochon paste stones. The Dior jewellery designers ensured the highest quality glass stones with each stone prong set into hand soldered settings. These clips are especially interesting and beautiful as they incorporate striking faux cabochon emeralds surrounded by marquise cut white crystal rhinestones. It is quite incredible to consider the amount of workmanship that went into these Vintage DIOR earrings. A true hallmark of the premium costume jewellery produced in France for the couture houses. These Vintage Dior Emerald Earrings carry the full Dior markings and are dated 1968. They are presented in excellent wearable condition without damage or repair despite their 50 plus years. The earrings are a substantial size and measure 3cm wide with wonderful three dimensional depth, owing to the intricate layered construction. Team with denim or a gown. The options are endless.

You’re welcome to return your order within 14 days. We’ll refund the full amount paid, including any duties and taxes we covered. Return shipping is at your cost.
To avoid fees on re-entry to the UK, please clearly mark your parcel and invoice as:
“Returned UK Goods – No Commercial Value”
If not correctly marked and we are charged import duties, these will be deducted from your refund.

Preparing Your Order

Vintage costume jewellery is delicate and requires special care and attention.
To preserve its continued beauty and condition, it is important to keep your item boxed and protected from other jewellery when not being worn and away from liquids including perfume and hairspray. Items are typically most suited to occasional rather than constant wear.
Your order will include our care card suggesting ways to maintain the condition of your jewellery.
We cannot be held liable for any damages incurred after the receipt of products.
Additional Care Tips:
Avoid contact with liquids or humidity including sprays such as water, perfume or hairspray and creams. Exposing jewellery to wet or damp could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discolouration and/or loss of stones. Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming etc.
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Add your jewellery last when dressing and remove before undressing. Avoid sleeping in your jewellery.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. dropping or knocking against objects) that can cause scratches or chips.
