I am unbelievably excited to announce that our first vintage Dior collection is launching at Fenwick Bond Street this Thursday 27 June.
It’s another ‘pinch me’ moment in what is turning out to be a simply incredible year. Fresh from participating in the V&A’S sold out Dior: Top to Toe course, it’s back to the big smoke for me to join my jewels in the famous London department store.
Working alongside the wonderful team from Fenwick, I have chosen some simply stunning pieces for this very special Vintage Dior Edit. The exclusive collection showcases original vintage pieces from each of the Dior decades dating from the 1950s to the 1990s and is a joyous celebration of the diversity of Dior jewellery. Featuring pieces that have never been seen together before, the Edit also includes a set of the much sought-after Bal de Oiseaux earrings, almost identical to those on loan to the V&A for its exceptional Dior Designer of Dreams Exhibition.
With a particular focus on classic pieces from the 80s and 90s, the Edit features exquisite statement collars, a fabulous array of clip-on earrings and a selection of bolder items that espouse a little logo love too. The collection is visually very strong with some effortlessly chic crystal jewellery and classic gold and silver pieces embedded with richly coloured stones. There is only one of each piece in this unique collection, allowing its individuality to shine through.
These magnificent designer pieces have stood the test of time and will continue to make a stylish designer statement for many years to come.
